  • DIP (or “debtor-in-possession”) financing. If you’ve recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, this type of financing can help protect your company and its assets while securing the necessary capital at the same time.
  • Letters of credit. These documents are frequently used in international trade finance in order to guarantee your ability to pay foreign vendors.
